Making sure your AO3 fic is in the Heliocentrism Collection

For those of you who don't know, because AO3 has not canonized the Dreaming of Sunshine fandom tag, we try to keep all Dreaming of Sunshine fic in the Heliocentrism Community on AO3. Now that the exchange is over, I've gone through all 96 fics and invited the ones not already in Heliocentrism to the collection. Some of you have your account set to allow this automatically, but most of you will need to accept the invite. Below, there are instructions for how to accept the invitation and get your work into the collection because I've had multiple people ask me before and it seems like a good idea to have instructions down somewhere I can link to!

When I invited your work to the collection, you should have gotten an email, which would look like this:

Open the "Collection Items page" and it will take you to this page:

Use the dropdown to select "Approved", then hit the "Submit" button, and you're done!

If you did not receive the email or deleted it or just don't want to open your email, you can replace the "YOUR USERNAME" in the URL below to navigate to the page shown in the second screenshot above.

(Also, the email tells you that if you want to you can allow anyone to add your works to their collection without you having to okay it, but just so you know if you accept that, someone could add your fic to an anonymous collection, which would hide it from even you everywhere except your collected items page and your statistics page. That's AO3 for you!)
